About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Insights Manager to join our team at Sky. As a key member of our Contact Forecasting Team, you will play a critical role in analyzing customer interactions and predicting future behavior.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and Planning: Produce rolling forecasts for customer contacts across all interaction channels, including human and digital touchpoints.
  • Analysis and Insights: Monitor and analyze deviations between actual customer behavior and forecasted trends, identifying pain points and opportunities to enhance the customer journey.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with IT, Big Data, and business units to support data-driven decision-making, presenting key findings and insights to management.
Requirements
  • Analytical Background: At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Scientist, with expertise in forecasting and planning.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into analytical approaches that drive reliable results.
  • Technical Skills: Strong experience with cloud-based Data Lake environments and data management, proficiency in SQL, Python, and R, and expertise in predictive analytics.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex analyses to stakeholders at all levels, including top management.
