Il Payroll Specialist si occuperà di offrire a clienti consolidati un servizio di consulenza dedicata a 360° e opererà interagendo costantemente con il proprio team di riferimento. Cerchiamo una persona che voglia confrontarsi con un ambiente dinamico e in continua evoluzione, che metta la qualità del servizio al primo posto e che abbia come obiettivo la propria crescita professionale.
In particolare, i focal points operativi saranno basati su:
- Elaborazione e verifica di cedolini paga e riepiloghi.
- Gestione delle pratiche di assunzione/cessazione ed adempimenti amministrativi correlati.
- Predisposizione della reportistica post-paga.
- Elaborazione delle quadrature degli adempimenti annuali: CU/770/autoliquidazione INAIL.
- Rappresentare il punto di riferimento per il cliente/i clienti assegnati.
- Comunicazione con gli Enti.
Requisiti:
- Appartenenza alle Categorie Protette (Legge 68/99);
- Diploma e/o Laurea.
- Buone capacità analitiche, organizzative e relazionali nella gestione del cliente.
- Predisposizione a lavorare in team.
Sede di lavoro: Milano Zona San Siro
Smart working ( 2/3 giorni alla settimana)
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo indeterminato
Orario:
- Dal lunedì al venerdì
