**HR TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST - Stage**

La figura supporterà il Team HR nelle attività che riguardano la sfera della formazione in azienda e avrà la possibilità di essere coinvolta in prima persona in tutte le fasi chiave che compongono lo sviluppo e l'erogazione di piani formativi per i dipendenti.

In particolare, il ruolo sarà di supporto per le seguenti attività:

- **Pianificazione, erogazione** e **monitoraggio** costante dei percorsi formativi in essere;
- Produzione e consegna delle **attestazioni finali** a conclusione dei percorsi formativi;
- Monitoraggio dei **canali di finanziamento**, offerti dai Fondi Interprofessionali (Conto Formazione, Voucher, Bandi, Avvisi);
- Coinvolgimento in progetti HR interni, in collaborazione con il Team e l'HR Director.

**Requisiti**:

- conosce e sa utilizzare le suite del pacchetto Office;
- è preciso/a, metodico/a e proattivo/a;
- è empatico/a e flessibile;
- possiede ottime doti relazionali, comunicative ed organizzative.

Si offre inserimento in tirocinio (curriculare o extracurriculare) 6 mesi iniziali.

Prevista indennità di tirocinio + buoni pasto.
