IT Service Support Analyst to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the IT Service Support Division.


Mission:

Responsibilities:

  • Support in managing the execution and daily operation of first and second level support tickets and related service escalations
  • Support in driving standardization and adherence to IT Service Management standards to maximize internal customer satisfaction
  • Support implementation of process strategy, interfacing with associated ITSM processes, within the relevant portfolio (i.e. IT service desk)
  • Support in continuous quality improvement of the Service Desk process

Requirements:

  • At least 1year experience in management of help desk activities both on software and hardware side
  • Basic knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g. Service Now, Jira)
  • Good level of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work on a tight schedule and on more than one changing priorities

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED in Information Systems
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
