RINA is looking for an IT Service Support Senior Advisor to join the team in Genoa, Italy as part of the Global IT Operations Division.

Focus

The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting IT user services and projects, dedicated to enhancing the user support service to ensure high satisfaction levels among RINA internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Drive standardization and adherence to IT Service Management standards for optimal internal customer satisfaction
  • Plan and execute departmental projects within set timelines and budgets, managing risks and issues effectively
  • Coordinate development teams when needed, serving as the internal point of contact for projects involving external suppliers
  • Contribute to optimizing workplace/application maintenance, analyzing issues and recommending solutions for enhanced functionality and performance
  • Manage and enhance the IT Knowledge Base
  • Support internal and ISO27001 audits
  • Measure and report accurate KPI values promptly
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Master's DegreeQualifications
  • 5 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher
  • Preferred: ITIL foundation certification and/or other IT certifications
  • Strong top-down and bottom-up approaches; analytical mindset and practical approach
  • Proficient in data analysis and familiar with visualization tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools and ServiceNow
