Dipartimento IT
Il Dipartimento IT di sede collabora con i membri che fanno parte degli uffici IT, sia collocati su altre regioni italiane (FVG e Veneto) che con i colleghi dell' hub IT di Holding (Metinvest Digital). La sua mission è fornire supporto e assistenza, sia in termini di equipment che progetti software, a tutte le funzioni aziendali. Nel corso degli anni il reparto IT è stato sviluppato ispirandosi al paradigma dettato dall'ITIL e la figura che cerchiamo sarà incaricata di portare questa trasformazione alla completa maturità

Ruolo

L'azienda ha attraversato e sta attraversando un percorso di trasformazione digitale, dove chiaramente l'informatizzazione svolge un ruolo cruciale. L'affidabilità dei servizi e il loro orientamento al business giocano un ruolo fondamentale nel definire uno dei fattori chiave di competitività, proprio per supportare i processi di decision making con una metodologia logico-analitica.

L'inserimento della figura di un IT Service Manager va letta nell'ottica di incarnare questa filosofia.

Alla funzione di IT Service Manager, ad oggi, riportano il responsabile infrastruttura e il responsabile della delivery.

In particolare, la risorsa contribuirà alla gestione delle seguenti aree e attività:

gestire il catalogo dei servizi, definendo le policy di gestione e le metriche di servizio

completare lo sviluppo della delivery sugli assi della software delivery e della user experience

strutturare le politiche di governance

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo indeterminato
