Job Summary

RINA is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to join its Global IT Operations Division in Genoa or Rome, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project development activities, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate project activities, providing regular updates to supervisors and stakeholders.
  • Analyze requirements, define workflows, and evaluate user interface design to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage development teams, acting as an internal counterpart in projects involving external suppliers.
  • Test execution, including definition of test cases, execution, and collection of evidence.
  • Ensure delivery of service operations and KPI compliance, establishing metrics and service level agreements to improve IT operations performance.
  • Manage software maintenance and issue resolution, analyzing and proposing solutions to improve functionalities and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Master's Degree in Engineering General.
  • 3 years of experience in the IT sector.
  • English and Italian B2 or higher.
  • Nice to have: ITIL foundation certification and/or other IT certification.
  • Knowledge of Project Management tools, Cloud infrastructure, and application architectures.
