**Descrizione**:
In particolare si occuperà di:
- Elaborazione del cronoprogramma dei lavori considerando tempi, costi e risorse necessarie;
- Programmazione lavori e programmazione approvvigionamento dei materiali
- Revisionare il budget, monitorando e gestendo variazioni, preparando report finanziari regolari per garantire trasparenza sullo stato finanziario del progetto;
- Gestire i contratti di subappalto e i subappaltatori;
- Interfacciarsi con clienti e parti interessate, fornendo regolari aggiornamenti sullo stato del progetto
- Identificare potenziali rischi e implementare misure preventive al fine di garantire la sicurezza di tutti gli operatori;
- Assicurarsi che il progetto sia in conformità con tutte le normative locali e nazionali.
**Profilo ricercato**:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Civile, Edile o campo correlato;
- Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di progetti di costruzione;
- Conoscenza approfondita delle normative e delle pratiche di sicurezza in cantiere;
- Abilità di leadership e gestione del personale;
- Competenza nell'utilizzo di software di project management.
