PosizioneInserita all'interno dell'area Chief Risk Officer, la risorsa si occuperà di supportare la Direzione CRO nelle seguenti principali attività:
· analisi dei requisiti normativi nell'ambito di specifiche progettualità (SSM stress testing, segnalazioni STE, ...) e redazione delle specifiche funzionali per ICT al fine di garantire una consegna efficace dei dati agli utenti ed al regolatore.
· collaborazione con le altre strutture della banca al fine di evolvere l'architettura ed i dati alla base della misurazione dei rischi di credito (DWH, SAS) e mercato (ERMAS)
· estrazione e lavorazione di dati, mediante attività di data mining, analisi approfondita dei dati, definizione e implementazione di reports richiesti dai Regolatori o dalla Direzione;
· predisposizione della documentazione di progetto, condivisione, monitoraggio e aggiornamento dei piani di lavoro;
· gestione dei flussi informativi tra i diversi attori coinvolti nelle attività progettuali;
· Formazione universitaria in Matematica, Fisica e/o Ingegneria;
· Esperienza di almeno 10 anni in ambito Risk Management/CFO e Data Office presso istituti bancari, anche in ambito dati e da PMO, nella
gestione di progettualità complesse;
· Ottima conoscenza di MS SQL Server, SAS (4L), ERMAS
· Conoscenza dei data model sottostanti alle le reportistiche di segnalazione armonizzate (FINREP e COREP) applicabile agli Enti creditizi
· Ottime capacità analitiche, precisione ed autonomia organizzativa
· Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
· Padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici
· Eccellente capacità relazionale
· Forte motivazione ed intraprendenza
