**Stage per Tesi in Project Engineering** su progettazione di un impianto di formulazione
Il team di Project Engineering opera nella divisione dell'ingegneria impegnata nella realizzazione delle nuove installazioni impiantistiche per future produzioni, allineate alla strategia della Compagnia. Nello specifico il Project Engineer sviluppa il design di base delle macchine e degli impianti, guida le fasi di detail design, coordinando i progettisti dei fornitori che costruiscono le macchine, definisce tempi e modi di installazione e collaudo, assicurando che tutti i requisiti di qualità, sicurezza, produttività siano stati garantiti nello sviluppo dell'impianto.
Lo stage curriculare in questa area prevede lo svolgimento di una tesi sperimentale dal titolo proposto "_Design ed implementazione di un impianto di formulazione _di un prodotto farmaceutico ad uso parenterale_" in stretta collaborazione con il Project Engineer che guida le attività di progetto correlate.
**Obiettivi formativi e modalità di svolgimento**
Il percorso di stage permetterà di:
- apprendere i principi di base di progettazione di un impianto che elabora fluidi di processo per ottenere una soluzione iniettabile, garantendone purezza chimica e microbiologica;
- partecipare alla fase di testing e collaudo degli impianti, facendosi parte attiva nell'individuazione delle migliori soluzioni tecniche per l'impostazione dei regolatori automatici dell'impianto
- conoscere le dinamiche di gestione dei processi organizzativi in area ingegneria in un contesto altamente strutturato;
- partecipare ai corsi formativi in aula, all'interno del programma GSK Engineering Academy, erogati da Senior Project Engineers, sui temi di Technical Leadership, Project Management, Aseptic Manufacturing, Energy and Utilities, Problem Solving, Digital Transformation.
- sviluppare un mindset orientato al risultato;
- sperimentare le valutazioni da eseguire per il miglioramento e l'ottimizzazione dei processi;
- confrontarsi con tematiche normative in materia di Good Manufacturing Practices e sicurezza di impianti.
