La risorsa sarà responsabile di gestire le chiamate e le mail per le richieste di assistenza in ambito medicale, fornendo un'accurata assistenza al cliente.
Sarà inoltre necessario interagire con clienti, fornitori, tecnici e commerciali interni per garantire un servizio di qualità.
La sede di lavoro e nella zona nord di Milano, facilmente raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici.
L'orario di lavoro sarà dal lunedì al venerdì, con un orario flessibile tra le 8-9 del mattino e le 17-18 del pomeriggio.
Inizialmente il lavoro sarà svolto presso la sede dell'azienda a Milano.
Successivamente, dopo un periodo di affiancamento e formazione, sarà possibile svolgere alcune giornate al mese da remoto.
Si offre un iniziale contratto di somministrazione a tempo determinato fino al 31 dicembre, con possibilità di proroghe.
Ral 27 K + buoni pasto.
Se hai maturato anche una breve esperienza all'interno di customer service center, hai empatia, capacità di gestire le urgenze e ottima comunicazione telefonica, ti invitiamo a candidarti per questa posizione.
