The ROSA Clinical Specialist executes successful programs for the ROSA system in addition to periodic assistance for ROSA on the clinical level.
The ROSA Clinical Specialist also plays a critical role in building the utilization of ROSA systemHow You Create Impact:
- Subject matter expert for the ROSA robotic system as well procedure expert in multidisciplinary field as Neurosurgery and Orthopedic procedures.
- Provide initial clinical support and facilitate the onboarding of the hospital team for switch from conventional to robotic assisted procedures using ROSA system.
- Support ROSA robotics promotional and educational activities in Italy&Greece, including onsite support at educational congresses, the zbilab facility and other local and country cluster promotional and educational activities.
- Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, OR staff, sterilization and radiology on the ROSA robotic system.
- Together with Sales team, develops a hospital specific multidisciplinary plan to successfully complete onboarding episode, increase roboticassisted surgery procedures and develop followup sales opportunities.
- Onboarding the local Sales Rep to takeover the clinical support after the onboarding episode is completed, followup the account postimplementation day.
- In partnership with the hospital and the Sales team, develops and supports implementation of patientinformation to raise awareness for roboticassisted surgery as an alternative to conventional surgery, tailored to the local market opportunity.
- Connects with both the ZB Edge and the local Sales team to drive excitement for roboticassisted surgery and achieving business goals.
- Supports advance technology upgrades
- Educate teams and further enhance ZB Edge Suite experience of integrated technologies
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience required
- Clinical sales experience or stages in medical company
What Will Make You Successful:
- Prior experience with Robotics or advanced equipment preferred
- Minimum clinical sales experience or orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience
