Cosa farai?
- Supporto al Manager per tutte le attività legate al progetto Obicà Academy, dal go-live al successivo monitoraggio ed implementazione;
- Supporto alla definizione delle attività di formazione, partecipando all'analisi dei bisogni formativi di tutti i dipendenti aziendali sia Corporate che operativi presso i nostri Ristoranti;
- Aiuta a garantire l'implementazione e l'applicazione degli strumenti di valutazione delle performance di ciascun Team;
- Collabora con il Team per la definizione di progetti di formazione e sviluppo in azienda sia in Italia che UK, USA e Francia;
- Assicura la calendarizzazione di tutti gli interventi di Training & Learning in accordo con il Manager;
- Supporta le giornate di inserimento delle nuove risorse organizzando gli incontri di Onboarding & Induction per garantire al neo assunto le informazioni necessarie al suo inizio in azienda.
Sei il candidat* ideale se:
- Ti appassiona il People Management;
- Hai una buona dimestichezza nell'utilizzo di applicativi/strumenti digitali;
- Sei una persona dalle ottime doti comunicative;
- L'organizzazione e la pianificazione sono il tuo forte
- Possiedi, preferibilmente, un titolo di studi in "Gestione e organizzazione delle Risorse Umane", materie umanistiche o affini;
- Ti interessa entrare a far parte di un contesto lavorativo internazionale.
