Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Manager to lead the development and implementation of innovative L&D initiatives within our industrial sector. The ideal candidate will act as a project manager, overseeing the design and execution of training programs to ensure the growth and development of our workforce. Previous experience in the luxury sector and a deep understanding of industrial processes are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive L&D strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Act as a Business Partner to stakeholders in the Group's industrial divisions, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Manage multiple L&D projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage and manage external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality training content and resources.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to training and development.
  • Maintain high-quality standards throughout all phases of the project cycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in L&D and the industrial sector to drive innovation in training programs.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in the industrial and/or luxury sectors.
  • Master's degree in human sciences or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Deep understanding of industrial processes and the specific training needs within this sector.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess training effectiveness and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools (LMS, reporting, dashboard, etc.) with a commitment to staying current with technological advancements.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive continuous improvement in L&D programs.
  • Language skills: native Italian / C2; English C1.
  • Knowledge of interprofessional funds is a plus.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • Excellent time and resource management skills.
