About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Milan. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees, driving business results and improving guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our employees and support the company's strategic objectives.
- Partner with hotel management teams to identify performance gaps and develop solutions to address them.
- Design and deliver training activities that support the development of our employees, including onboarding, operational learning, management and leadership training, and ethics and safety training.
- Manage the learning function, including budgeting, planning, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- University degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial capacity, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Experience in adult education or a similar field.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, coaching skills, and influencing skills.
- Passionate and enthusiastic L&D professional with a keen interest in developing self and others.

Schedule and Hours:
This position is based at Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a regular term contract. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in Italian.
