Every internship offers outstanding opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend tailored trainings.
As an intern you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges. The delivery of analysis and reports will be your primary responsibility.You will be joining a successful and passionate team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will constantly look for improvement activities within Italy.
In brief, your responsibilities will be:Support and review of contracts.
Corporate governance support.
Drafting memoranda, legislation and case law research.
Assistance on legal matters for all company functions.
Skills & QualificationsLaw DegreeAdmission to the Italian Bar association and minimum experience is a plus.
Strong proficiency in English and Italian languagesEU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included)Professional AttributesCommunication Skills - With us you'll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level.
