Cerchiamo un/a Customer and Project Manager Intern che verrà inserito/a in stagenel team Customer Success con l'obiettivo di fornire supporto operativo per garantire il successo dei progetti aziendali e la soddisfazione dei clienti. Collaborando con tutto il team, contribuirà alla gestione efficiente delle attività quotidiane e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi stabiliti.

Principali attività:
  • Supporto ai Customer Manager per garantire la delivery dei progetti attraverso lo svolgimento delle attività assegnate
  • Supporto nella configurazione della piattaforma per garantire che risponda ai requisiti stabiliti
  • Aggiornamento dei contenuti seguendo le indicazioni dei Customer Manager
  • Attività di revisione e content editing dei servizi presenti in piattaforma
  • Supporto alla Customer Operation Manager per garantire elevati livelli di supporto agli utenti della piattaforma
Requisiti:
  • Eccellenti capacità organizzative e gestionali, con attenzione ai dettagli
  • Capacità di comunicare in modo chiaro ed efficace, sia verbalmente che per iscritto
  • Orientamento al lavoro di squadra e capacità di collaborare con diverse funzioni aziendali
  • Attitudine al Project Management e all'utilizzo di piattaforme tecnologiche
  • Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e multitasking.
  • (Nice to have) Competenze base di grafica e comunicazione social e digitali
