PROJECT MANAGER – progetti EPC (Edilizia)

Principali responsabilità:

  • Identificare e pianificare gli obiettivi del progetto da raggiungere in accordo alle prescrizioni del contratto;
  • Gestire i lavori nel rispetto degli obiettivi in termini di tempi, costi e qualità;
  • Gestire i rapporti con i clienti;
  • Supervisionare le attività di ingegneria e l'elaborazione dei documenti tecnici per uno o più progetti rispettando i termini e le specifiche contrattuali;
  • Controllare e coordinare le attività di ingegneria, fornitura, montaggio ed installazione;
  • Coordinare le attività tecniche collegate all'approvvigionamento dei materiali;
  • Verificare periodicamente lo stato di avanzamento delle attività programmate;
  • Pianificare e controllare le attività dei contrattisti coinvolti nel progetto;
  • Gestire la documentazione tecnica interna e dei contrattisti;
  • Verificare che il progetto si realizzi entro i costi e i tempi previsti;
  • Definire le risorse umane e finanziarie necessarie alla realizzazione del progetto;
  • Gestire tutte le attività coinvolte nel progetto EPC.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria e/o Architettura;
  • Esperienza di almeno 15 anni nella gestione di progetti all'interno di un'impresa di costruzioni o general contractor;
  • Aver completato commesse di un valore superiore ai 100M€;
  • Esperienza nella gestione di grandi progetti EPC in ambito edile;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  • Buona conoscenza delle normative sulla sicurezza in cantiere;
  • Completano il profilo capacità Organizzative; Leadership; Problem Solving.
