Quality Incoming and Manufacturing Specialist

Riferirà al responsabile Qualità di BU e operativamente sarà responsabile della conduzione di test e ispezioni, nonché dell'identificazione e della soluzione di problemi di produzione, processo o prodotto, in sinergia con l'area produttiva, técnica ed acquisto.
**Attività principali**:
- Ispezione e collaudo della materia prima/semilavorato in fornitura, in accordo con le specifiche e il metodo di campionamento di riferimento;
- Ispezione e supporto del processo produttivo in accordo con le specifiche e i piani di controllo di prodotto;
- Partecipazione attiva alla definizione delle attività di miglioramento continuo del processo tramite piani di controllo, check list e schede di controllo.
- Gestione dei rapporti con i fornitori per tutti gli aspetti attinenti alla qualità del prodotto/processo/collaudo, inclusi quelli documentali relativi a certificazione e conformità;
- Partecipazione alle fasi di qualifica e omologa dei fornitori;
- Pianificazione ed esecuzione di audit periodici presso i fornitori ed attuazione di piani di crescita guidata e di miglioramento continuo delle loro prestazioni;
- Sinergia con l'Ufficio Acquisti per la corretta definizione delle specifiche d'acquisto e per l'approvazione di campionature a fini omologativi;
- Gestione delle Non Conformità fornitore.
**Requisiti**:
- Diploma e/o laurea in ambito industriale, preferibilmente Elettrotécnica o Meccanica
- Precedente esperienza in una posizione analoga
- Ottime capacità di problem solving
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team
- Orientamento agli obiettivi
- Gestione del tempo e delle priorità
- Buona conoscenza dei metodi statistici di analisi dei processi.
- Comprensione del disegno tecnico e buone competenze metrologiche
- Buona conoscenza di Microsoft office, in particolare Excel e Word
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
