Position: Business Development Manager EMENA - Home Management Solutions Business Unit

About Us:

Nice, the Home Management, Building Automation and Security solutions provider, is seeking a talented individual to join our team. We believe in the power of good experiences and beauty to improve the quality of living spaces.

Your Impact:

  • Create and maintain channel and distribution strategies for the regions to ensure alignment with business unit goals
  • Support local regions to reach sales targets and metrics
  • Manage, develop, and expand business with key accounts and forge new opportunities

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Sales and Channel Management
  • Master's degree in Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Post Graduate Master in Management a plus
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Full understanding of sales functions and best practices
  • Understanding of commercial/consumer law for target regions a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results
  • Flexible and goal-oriented
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office software and CRM software
  • Fluent in English language
  • Ability and clearance to travel in the target region

This position reports to the Managing Director of Home Management Solutions.
