As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the initial point of contact for our guests, crafting unforgettable experiences during their arrival, stay, and departure.


Your responsibilities include:
- Being the welcoming face that promptly addresses guest inquiries and offers information and assistance.
- Managing check-in, check-out procedures along with other relevant tasks.
- Effectively handling guest messages and requests.
- Keeping updated on hotel services, guest requirements, and special events.
- Ensuring compliance with lobby and Front Desk standards and safety measures.
- Following policies and procedures while using front-of-house equipment and property management systems.
