Customer Service Representative

At Meliá Hotels International, we are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences. As a Guest Service Line Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and requests through our telephone line, providing efficient and effective solutions.
  • Personalize the guest experience, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
  • Inform and offer guests services and products, applying upselling and cross-selling techniques to optimize hotel revenue.
  • Manage customer incidents, following established protocols.
  • Comply with departmental standards and manuals.
  • Utilize departmental management tools for daily operations.
  • Stay informed of customer feedback and contribute to improvement plans.
  • Verify material orders, optimizing economic resources.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, with a third language a plus (ideally Spanish).
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel of similar level.
  • Availability to work shifts.
  • Knowledge of Micros OPERA.
