Key Responsibilities- Welcome and greet all visitors to the office, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
- Provide exceptional client service, responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Act as a one-stop-shop for all clients and visitors, taking ownership of requests and ensuring their needs are met
- Escort guests to visitors' rooms or meeting rooms, inform appropriate lawyers and employees of their arrival, and provide refreshments as needed
- Manage the distribution and return of temporary security passes, book meeting rooms, and coordinate internal couriers
- Order taxis and inform clients, lawyers, and employees of the firm when taxi is arriving, and order meals for office events upon request
- Ensure product knowledge on building facilities, catering menus, local amenities, organizational structure, and people is up to date and relevant
- Cover all shifts (8:30 to 20:00) on a rotational basis and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Client service focus and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong judgment and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Fluency in Italian and English, with 1 year of experience in the legal or hotel industry preferred
