Responsabilità:

- Aggiornamento piano logistico per tipologia di prodotto con quantità actual del mese, previsioni di arrivo e previsioni di vendita dei successivi 12/18 mesi
- Tenuta logistic meeting mensile
- Analisi previsioni di arrivo settimanale
- Preparazione ordini intercompany e non
- Gestione flusso di importazione merce
- Consolidamento ed invio FCST ed ordini EMEA, Messico e Licenziatari a fornitori
- Predisposizione mensile KPI Inventory
- Altre attività di purchasing per servizi e prodotti aggiuntivi, incluse le gare per rinnovo/cambio fornitore e la ricerca fornitore per nuovi servizi
- Attività di contabilità nell'ambito del team Finance

Titoli di studio:

- Laurea in discipline economiche
- Esperienza consolidata di almeno 2 anni nella medesima mansione presso realtà strutturate
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti di Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel, Word, PowerPoint e Outlook)
- Gradita conoscenza dell'applicativo Oracle Cloud
- Buone competenze contabili
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata
- Spiccate capacità di problem solving e leadership
- Proattività e flessibilità organizzativa
