About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Southern Europe team at Manhattan Associates. As a Support Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and optimal performance of our supply chain commerce technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve functional challenges that arise post-implementation in connection with supply chain software solutions.
  • Guide clients through continuous change, recommending new configuration or designing new enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with our team in Southern Europe to achieve client goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Excellent client management skills and a strong team spirit.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience in software implementation and post-implementation support.
  • Knowledge of database languages and/or cloud technologies, with C++/Java programming languages being an asset.
  • Fluency in English and French, with Italian being a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another numerate discipline, or equivalent through business experience.
  • Flexibility to work at customer locations up to 20%, sometimes for prolonged engagements within the EMEA region.
