Descrizione del lavoro
Siamo alla ricerca di una figura di stageur da inserire all'interno del Team di Supplier Collaboration . La risorsa avrà come principale obiettivo quello di assicurare la sostenibilità economica degli accordi di centralizzazione e l'ottimizzazione logistica con i fornitori. Nello specifico, supporterà le seguenti attività:
monitoraggio mensile delle performance logistiche dei fornitori attraverso dashboard condivise. collaborazione con i fornitori per migliorare le prestazioni logistiche, ne controlla le performance relative ad OTIF (on time, in full) e supporta i Supplier Collaboration Specialist proponendo azioni da implementare per risolvere eventuali problematiche. supporto al Supplier Collaboration Specialist nella preparazione degli incontri con i fornitori per la negoziazione delle condizioni economiche e logistiche per la centralizzazione delle consegne dei fornitori presso i , con particolare attenzione ai vincoli di fattibilità in termini di stock, di disponibilità di prodotto e di sostenibilità finanziaria. condivisione con la direzione commerciale (catman) i principali kpis di livello di servizio dei fornitori, supporta nelle negazioni dei contratti OTIF e per le tematiche logistiche. coordinamento con il Product Life Cycle team per l'esecuzione dei processi legati a cambi flusso, cambio imballo, cambio fornitore, variazione chiavi dispo logistica etc gestione di tutte le eventuali attività operative e/o accessorie connesse e/o collegate alle mansioni svolte.Qualifiche
I requisiti della/o stageur ideale sono:
