Profilo ideale:
1. Laurea in Ingegneria (Chimica, Elettrica, Elettronica, Automazione o Energetica), con ottimo curriculum studiorum;
2. Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 4 anni maturata presso società di ingegneria e progettazione e/o aziende modernamente organizzate e fortemente orientate al mercato nazionale ed internazionale specializzate nella progettazione di impianti per i mercati Oil&Gas, Petrolchimico, Chimico, Power;
3. Doti di leadership e di coordinamento di risorse junior;
4. Spiccata attitudine al lavoro sia in team che in autonomia e capacità di relazionarsi con terzi, in particolare con i Clienti; massima flessibilità, disponibilità e problem-solving;
5. Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi, sotto stress ed in tempi ridotti; assertività e proattività;
6. Utilizzo abituale di Pacchetto Office, Outlook, AUTOCAD, VISIO, Naviswork, SPI, PDMS, PDS;
7. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta;
8. Domicilio su Milano o nell'immediato hinterland, e comunque in aree limitrofe all'azienda.
Ai fini di una Talent Acquisition efficace la risorsa dovrà aver maturato esperienza in attività di sviluppo di ingegneria elettrostrumentale sia di base/preliminare che di dettaglio esecutivo. Sarà in grado di operare in un contesto internazionale interfacciandosi con i propri referenti aziendale su progetti EPC, con i referenti dei vari dipartimenti coinvolti, nonchè con i Vendor per le fasi di tabulazioni tecniche e follow up delle forniture.
Si richiedono comprovate skills nelle seguenti task:
Lettura e recepimento specifiche funzionali e tecniche e documentazione del cliente finale
Preparazione Material Requisitions (MR) Instrument/Cable/F&G/Telecom, MTO per bulk material
Ingegnerizzazione P&ID meccanizzazione
Preparazione instrument datasheet & Valve datasheet
Preparazione ingegneria per Cable routing e layout 2D e 3D
Preparazione tipici di installazione elettrici, di processo, pneumatici e di strumentazione
Partecipare ai meeting con cliente/vendor
Tabulazioni tecniche e Follow up delle forniture strumenti, valvole F&G, Telecom
Inserimento: immediato.
Sede di lavoro: Milano (Zona Garibaldi) + 4 gg smart-working a settimana.
Inquadramento e retribuzione indicativi: contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato full-time, con adeguato periodo di prova; retribuzione in linea con le competenze e le esperienze effettivamente maturate.
