- Le responsabilità principali di questo lavoro includono, ma non si limitano a quanto segue:
- Fornire assistenza ai clienti e ai venditori per garantire l'elaborazione degli ordini in conformità con le procedure e i processi di back-office.
- Rispondere alle chiamate dei clienti
- Capacità di raccogliere le informazioni richieste, creare casi e seguirli fino alla loro risoluzione
- Controllo e supporto per la creazione dei dati anagrafici dei clienti
- Attività di inserimento ordini
- Controllare, sbloccare e gestire gli ordini inseriti dai venditori
- Controllare le spedizioni attraverso diversi ERP e strumenti (Dynamics AX, Movex, WebShop e siti di corrieri)
- Gestire i resi e/o dei reclami dei clienti
- Gestire i problemi dei clienti:
- Raccolta di tutte le informazioni pertinenti all'identificazione del cliente, alle informazioni di contatto e alla natura del problema.
- Escalation del problema, quando necessario, alla persona o al reparto appropriato.
- Comunicazione regolare e tempestiva con il manager e il cliente per mantenere le parti interessate aggiornate e informate sullo stato e sulla risoluzione finale del problema.
- Comunicazione e collaborazione regolari con tutti i team (assistenza clienti e field).
**Requisiti**:
- Almeno 1 anno di esperienza di lavoro nell' assistenza clienti in contesti strutturati
- Preferibile esperienza nel mercato dentale
- Capacità di gestire situazioni difficili con i clienti in modo tempestivo e professionale.
- Eccellenti capacità interpersonali, comunicazione e ascolto
- Ottime capacità nella risoluzione dei problemi
- Elevata organizzazione e capacità di gestire più progetti contemporaneamente con un elevato grado di professionalità e di definizione delle priorità.
- Si offre contratto a tempo determinato di un anno.
