Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Claims Resolution Specialist to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a Claims Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for managing claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Claims Management: Manage claims from first notice of loss through to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation and information is collected and processed in a timely manner.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers throughout the claims process, providing updates and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Data Entry and Management: Accurately and efficiently enter and manage claim data in our CRM system, ensuring all necessary information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Review and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, as well as quality assurance standards.
  • Collaboration and Escalation: Collaborate with internal teams, including adjusters and estimators, to ensure seamless claims resolution. Escalate complex or high-priority claims as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Software
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
