Job Profile

09P - Customer Partner - Incentive

Has full accountability for managing relationships, revenue generation, contract signings, and profitability expansion.Cultivates, nurtures, and enhances profound customer connections, embodying the essence of Kyndryl to establish and sustain valued partnerships with CxO level clients.Leads proactive expansion of accounts with a key focus on promoting new services like Kyndryl Consult and IT Modernization Projects, particularly emphasizing Cloud Initiatives.Develops strong relationships with Client C-level executives, fostering open communication and engagement.Collaborates with Senior Leaders within Client Organizations to ensure alignment with Kyndryl's Senior Executives.Target markets:

Industrial, Manufacturing, Retail, and E&U sectors in Northern Italy, overseeing existing installations and venturing into new territories.

Possesses knowledge and background in IT service sales and delivery (Managed and Consultancy services).Demonstrates dedication to Kyndryl's business accomplishments.Focuses on Consultancy services by swiftly initiating opportunities and driving significant growth.

Who You Are

Brings a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in various industries, with exposure to IT and Consultancy sectors.Experienced in hyperscale development.Established relationships with Client C-level executives, facilitating open communication and collaboration.Proficient in IT service sales and delivery operations (Managed and Consultancy services).


• Proven track record in revenue growth, cost management, profitability enhancement, trend analysis, and risk assessment.

• Adopts an open-minded and empathetic approach in customer interactions.

Preferred Skills and Experience


• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• Demonstrates sales experience in technical solutions.
