**What You Can Expect**:
Responsabile dell'attività di supporto tecnico alle vendite, nella specifica linea di prodotto assegnata e nell'area di responsabilità secondo le direttive aziendali, per l'area assegnata.

**How You Create Impact**:

- Gestisce il cliente ed identifica nuove opportunità di business;
- Trasferisce le informazioni tecniche sui prodotti della linea assegnata alla comunità Medico Chirurgica, curandone l'aggiornamento e la formazione;
- Gestisce training specialistico sui prodotti curando la formazione técnica e l'aggiornamento del personale di vendita ;
- Assicura l'assistenza sui prodotti Zimmer Biomet in sala operatoria nel rispetto delle normative vigenti, con responsabilità su impianti critici, primi impianti (nuovi clienti/ prodotti) o impianti di revisione;
- Raccoglie e diffonde informazioni relative al mercato (clienti e prodotti) allo scopo di supportare una più corretta pianificazione delle strategie di vendita;
- Fornisce al diretto responsabile informazioni per l'efficace gestione degli eventi locali ed assicura la propria presenza allo stand;
- Assicura una gestione pianificata delle attività sul territorio concordata con il proprio superiore, fornendo reports periodici, e supportando il Sales Manager nella risoluzione di criticità che possano interferire con le attività dell'area;
- Definisce l'efficace costituzione dei kit protesici e degli strumentari raccogliendo informazioni sulle casistiche e pratiche di utilizzo per soddisfare requisiti di efficacia ed efficienza aziendale e andare incontro alle reali necessità della comunità chirurgica;
- Rappresenta sul campo la Zimmer Biomet relazionandosi e costruendo rapporti di stima e fiducia con Opinion Leaders e il Personale Chirurgico;
- Svolge key account activity, organizzando presentazioni di prodotto mirate per clienti chiave o potenziali clienti individuati.

- Formazione Universitaria in discipline biomedicali o background equivalente;
- Significativa esperienza nel marketing o nelle vendite del settore healthcare, medical device;
- Conoscenza del mercato ortopedico e del processo di promozione e commercializzazione dei prodotti all'interno della linea assegnata;
- Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi;
- Capacità di lavorare in team;
- Ampia disponibilità e motivazione agli spostamenti nell'area di responsabilità (residenza nell'area);
- Capacità di interagire con la comunità chirurgica e fornire assistenza in sala operatoria.
