La risorsa individuata, sotto la supervisione della Responsabile dell'area Commissioning Energy Sales & Solutions, si occuperà di gestire la documentazione contrattuale - inclusiva degli aspetti relativi agli schemi remunerativi - indirizzata ai Partner Commerciali di E.ON.**Le principali attività saranno**:
- Preparare Accordi contrattuali rivolti ai Canali di Vendita, con approccio di ottimizzazione continua del processo, in conformità con le procedure interne
- Collaborare attivamente con l'ufficio Legale per la definizione di template contrattuali adeguati alle esigenze
- Monitorare lo stato degli Accordi contrattuali (ciclo di vita del contratto)
- Creare viste di sintesi degli Accordi, con dettagli relativi a scadenze, clausole specifiche, economics ivi contenuti, ulteriori note utili alla corretta mappatura
- Essere un punto di contatto per le parti (interne ed esterne) in tema di Accordi contrattuali**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Giurisprudenza o Economia e Commercio
- Almeno 3/5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo
- Italiano madrelingua, Inglese conoscenza base
- Buone capacità di analisi e di sintesi
- Ottima conoscenza degli applicativi MS Office (in particolare MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint e Outlook)
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali processi di vendita (acquisizione / attivazione / installazione) e dei prodotti E.ON
- Completano il profilo precisione, attitudine alla comunicazione, predisposizione al lavoro in team e approccio proattivo**Hai domande?**
