Descrizione posizione
La risorsa si occuperà della gestione sia giudiziale che stragiudiziale e dell'analisi di portafogli NPL Secured da inserire all'interno della Business Unit preposta alla gestione di crediti NPL/Utp con garanzie immobiliari.
Nel dettaglio si occuperà di:
Gestione delle attività operative del portafoglio in gestione (anche oggetto di operazioni di acquisizioni su mercato secondario);Sviluppo di strategie giudiziarie immobiliari mediante il monitoraggio dell'attività dei fiduciari esterni ed un'elevata capacità di interlocuzione con controparti qualificate quali organi delle procedure concorsuali, legali di controparte e potenziali investitori;Monitoraggio delle performance, dell'efficacia della lavorazione e di individuazione delle eventuali azioni correttive necessarie in vista del raggiungimento degli obiettivi fissati dal Business Plan;Gestire attivamente, all'interno del ptf affidato, le posizioni di particolare complessità o valore individuando le principali criticità ed azioni di recupero da porre con priorità; Richiediamo: Laurea in disciplina giuridiche;Pregressa esperienza, di almeno 5 anni, in posizioni analoghe nel settore NPL sia sotto il profilo della gestione giudiziale che stragiudiziale;Ottima conoscenza delle procedure esecutive e concorsuali;Elevate capacità di negoziazione;Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto MS Office, in particolare di Excel;Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;Capacità di lavorare in autonomia ed in situazioni di stress completano il profilo.
