La risorsa selezionata avrà il compito di offrire supporto tecnico-informatico all'operatività aziendale, tramite soluzioni software finalizzate ad ottimizzare la disponibilità degli strumenti e dei servizi tecnologici a supporto dei dipendenti.

La risorsa sarà inserita nell'area WPM e si occuperà di:
Gestione Ticket assistenza di secondo livello + Monitoring;
Risoluzione dei problemi informativi delle postazioni di lavoro;
Analisi dei requisiti funzionali e non;
Supporto all'esecuzione dei test;
- Diploma o laurea ad indirizzo tecnico
- Esperienza, anche mínima, in ruolo analogo
- Anche mínima esperienza nel ruolo e nella gestione ticketing attraverso strumenti ITSM
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi operativi client w10 e ambiente
- Buon utilizzo di sistemi mobile Android ed Apple
- Capacità di problem solving, doti analitiche e comunicative
- La provenienza dal settore automotive costituirà titolo preferenziale
- Domicilio limitrofo al luogo di lavoro
- Automunito
