We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back Office Assistant at Signal Properties & Management S.R.L.
Key Responsibilities:- General organization of the workplace, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Respond to phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage and maintain the archive and storage of handbags, materials, and hardware.
- Assist the team in running and organizing the office, including coordinating shipments and procurement of office equipment.
- Handle and distribute handbag samples and materials, as well as perform PA duties for the director.
- Good organizational skills, with a practical, tidy, and precise approach.
- Honesty and reliability, with a proactive and collaborative attitude.
- Ability to work with people, demonstrating patience, empathy, and adaptability.
- Problem-solving and detail-oriented, with the ability to work fast and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good knowledge of computer skills and the Microsoft package.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian.
