Description du poste :

  • Vous définissez la stratégie de Revenue Management d'hôtels de marques et catégories différentes.
  • Vous pilotez la stratégie de prix et de mix des différents segments.
  • Vous effectuez les cotations des groupes affaires et loisirs.
  • Vous optimisez la contribution nette via les canaux de distribution (OTA etc).
  • Vous challengez le forecast et les recommandations du système.
  • Vous êtes en charge du reporting, que vous analysez.
  • Vous animez des revenue meetings avec les hôteliers.
  • Vous maintenez un contact très régulier avec le directeur.
  • Une connaissance des segments B2C et B2B.
  • Une bonne aisance relationnelle et une excellente communication.
  • La maîtrise d'un RMS, PMS et CRS hôtelier.
  • Une expérience de 2 ans minimum dans le Revenue Management.

  • Vous serez basé.e au siège Accor à Issy-les-Moulineaux.
  • Des déplacements ponctuels sont à prévoir.
