About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Manager to join our team at Birra Peroni. As a key member of our Revenue Management Team, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth by developing and implementing effective commercial policies based on consumer and market insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guarantee a deep understanding of consumer and market trends, including pricing by occasion, brand, pack, channel, and region.
  • Monitor the value chain to provide fact-based insights for customer management and inform commercial planning.
  • Develop and implement commercial policies and trade terms strategies aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  • Ensure pricing strategies are cascaded into commercial planning, including M1-M3, innovation pipeline, brand plans, IAPs, and budget.
  • Analyze execution compliance and strategy effectiveness to drive key learnings and optimize performance.
  • Monitor and review NNP, PTR, and volume evolution to maximize the balance between on- and off-premise channels.
  • Provide guidelines and tools to the sales force to ensure compliance between strategy, plans, and execution, while enhancing capabilities.
  • Monitor, analyze performance variances, and learn from results to fine-tune strategy and approach.
  • Develop a culture of revenue growth within the organization.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field.
  • Almost 5 years of experience in revenue or trade marketing functions, with a strong cooperation with sales channels (preferably in FMCG companies).
  • Excellent expertise in numerical methods and statistics.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
  • Additional qualities: strategic and innovative thinking, capacity to work in a team, manage complex situations, strong determination, and results-driven.
