About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Business Development Manager to expand our client's business in the European Market. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in driving business growth within the European Market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and develop new business relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Negotiate campaign terms and marketing budgets to maximize ROI
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Build long-term partnerships and upsell budgets and business opportunities
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with experience in the European Market
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and market research skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
