About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Marketing Growth Lead to join our Marketing team in Italy. As part of our marketing growth strategy, you'll lead local Marketing activities focused on our B2C Patients target, driving go-to-market strategies, consolidating the brand, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and support the definition of growth strategy for the Italian market to exceed Patient and Therapist growth targets in line with LTV/CAC ratio needs.
  • Ensure adequate understanding of IT supply/demand balance, managing Patient demand with Therapists supply in a balanced manner.
  • Own growth performance monitoring and lead meetings to provide a clear understanding of market performance vs. set targets, understand blockers, and agree on actions.
  • Cross-functional coordination of central and local teams to address operational needs, align strategies, and leverage resources effectively.
  • Drive the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives to accelerate market growth and penetration, such as localized marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with channel owners for effective budget deployment/shifting across channels to maximize growth and exceed performance targets.
  • Attribution and reporting: work with the central data team to ensure accurate tracking and attribution methodologies are in place to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for optimization.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels, from top (branding) to bottom funnel (performance).
  • Solid expertise in managing online brand and driving growth across multiple communication channels.
  • Hands-on attitude, with a builder mindset.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and capacity to work well in matrix-reporting organizations.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
