About the Role:We are seeking a talented and passionate Business Development Manager to join our client's team at and expand client's business in the European Market. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and a proven track record in driving business growth within the European Market.
Responsibilities
Research and develop new business relationships
Negotiate campaign terms and marketing budgets
Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods
Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
Create long-term partnerships and upsell budgets and business opportunities
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with experience in the European Market
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Strong analytical and market research skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated and results-driven
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
