About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Birra Peroni. As a key member of our Revenue Management Team, you will play a crucial role in driving profitable growth by developing and implementing effective commercial policies based on consumer and market insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Consumer and Market Understanding: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to inform pricing strategies.
  2. Value Chain Analysis: Monitor and analyze the value chain to provide fact-based insights for customer management and commercial planning.
  3. Commercial Policy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective commercial policies and trade terms strategies aligned with the company's overall strategy.
  4. Pricing Strategy Execution: Ensure pricing strategies are cascaded into commercial planning, including budgeting, innovation pipeline, and brand plans.
  5. Performance Analysis: Analyze execution compliance and strategy effectiveness to drive key learnings and optimize commercial performance.
  6. Channel Optimization: Monitor and review NNP, PTR, and volume evolution to maximize the balance between on-premise and off-premise channels.
  7. Sales Force Enablement: Provide guidelines and tools to the sales force to ensure compliance between strategy, plans, and execution, while enhancing their capabilities.
  8. Strategy Refining: Monitor, analyze performance variances, and learn from results to fine-tune strategy and approach.
  9. Culture Development: Contribute to the development of a performance-driven culture within the organization.
Requirements
  1. Education: Master's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Almost 5 years of experience in revenue or trade marketing functions, with a strong cooperation with sales channels, preferably in FMCG companies.
  3. Skills: Excellent expertise in numerical methods and statistics, proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
