Gestione delle richieste di supporto tecnico|consulenziale|emissione polizze da parte di Gestori, Clienti e Agenti sui prodotti della Compagnia ramo Life&Savings, Pension, Protection, Auto;
Monitoraggio delle richieste e dei tempi di gestione;
Gestione dei solleciti e
chiusura della richiesta verso il cliente e rilevazione dellisfazione.
Competenze
La figura che stiamo cercando dovrà essere in possesso dei seguenti:
Laurea in Giurisprudenza;
Utilizzo di strumenti informatici e Pacchetto Office;
Gradita la conoscenza dei concetti di base e della terminologia del Business Assicurativo;
Spiccata Attitudine al Problem solving e al problem management;
Gradite pregresse esperienze di contact center;
Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative.
