Descrizione del Lavoro

La nostra azienda, Randstad Italia, è alla ricerca di un professionista qualificato per ricoprire il ruolo di Operatore di Customer Service presso il dipartimento Customer Operation.

Responsabilità:

  • Gestire le richieste di supporto tecnico e consulenziale da parte di Gestori, Clienti e Agenti sui prodotti della nostra azienda;
  • Monitorare le richieste e i tempi di gestione;
  • Gestire i solleciti e la chiusura delle richieste verso i clienti;
  • Rilevare la soddisfazione dei clienti;
  • Collaborare con il team per garantire una corretta gestione del processo.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Giurisprudenza o affini;
  • Utilizzo di strumenti informatici e pacchetto Office;
  • Gradita la conoscenza dei concetti di base e della terminologia del Business Assicurativo;
  • Spiccata attitudine al problem solving e al problem management;
  • Gradite pregresse esperienze di contact center;
  • Buone capacità relazionali;
  • Eloquio fluido.

Caratteristiche della Posizione:

  • Contratto di lavoro a tempo indeterminato;
  • Orario di lavoro full-time 37 ore settimanali;
  • Sede di lavoro: Roma Sud con possibilità di smart working.
