Posizione
'interno del team CS&R, la risorsa supporterà lo sviluppo e il miglioramento di progetti di sostenibilità creando relazioni con i diversi dipartimenti dell'Azienda. Fornirà supporto nella predisposizione della rendicontazione di sostenibilità e nella gestione delle certificazioni e dei progetti volti al miglioramento delle Azienda sociali. Fornirà inoltre supporto per la gestione delle donazioni e dei progetti di volontariato aziendale.
Principali responsabilità:
Attività di rendicontazione coerenti con l'obiettivo di Sostenibilità del Gruppo
Supporto al mantenimento delle certificazioni di sostenibilità SA8000, RJC COP, RJC COP
Sostegno in beneficenza e attività filantropica
Supporto alle attività di comunicazione interna ed esterna 'Azienda in ambito CSR e sostenibilità
Supporto alle attività di back office del Team
Sviluppo di progetti di sostenibilità in collaborazione con altri dipartimenti, finalizzati al raggiungimento degli obiettivi sociali e alla riduzione degli impatti ambientali del Gruppo quali:
gestione dei rifiuti,consumi energetici, normative sugli imballaggi, emissioni legate ai trasporti,

Background in discipline tecniche Ingegneria,, Business ed Economia, e lauree internazionali con focus su CSR e Sostenibilità;
Master su temi di sostenibilità e sostenibilità è un vantaggio
1-2 anni di esperienza
Buona conoscenza delle certificazioni di sostenibilità di processi e materiali
Analisi dei dati, in grado di raccogliere e analizzare un elevato volume di dati
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese e italiana
Buona conoscenza di Microsoft Office Power Point,
Conoscenza - esperienza nel settore non profit
