What you will be doing

La risorsa dovrà fornire supporto di secondo livello ai tecnici di campo, interfacciarsi con il terzo livello europeo per i casi non risolti, organizzare corsi e webinar sui temi di connettività e sicurezza de dispositivi

Responsabilità:

Analizzare e risolvere problemi tecnici complessi relativi a connettività e sicurezza collaborando con il team interno oppure con il supporto europeo Ricoh.

Acquisire e mantenere le competenze su connettività e sicurezza dei prodotti venduti da Ricoh

You will ideally have

Requisiti richiesti:

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).

Ottima conoscenza informatica, sarà titolo preferenziale certificazione CompTIA A+ o equivalente

Buone conoscenze del networking e dei dispositivi di infrastruttura. Sarà titolo preferenziale certificazione CompTIA Network + o equivalente

Capacità di saper catturare pacchetti con un analizzatore di rete e di analizzarne il contenuto

Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi Windows Server e Windows client di Microsoft

Ottima conoscenza Active Directoty e policy

Conoscenza ambienti Cloud quali MS Azure o Google Cloud o AWS

Gradita conoscenza Linux/Unix, Mac OS, AS/, SAP

Gradita conoscenze dei linguaggi di stampa HP PCL e/o PostScript
