As a Project Execution Team (PET) Lead you will guide a team of market analysts that provide insights on the purchase behaviour of Italian families within the FMCG world.

These insights are crucial to both producers and retailers to optimize their sales strategies. We research what shoppers pursue in their decision process and how this impacts sales.

  • As a PET Lead you will have the following key accountabilities:_
  • Responsible for staff management, resource allocation and project control
  • Provides guidance to market analysts in terms of data visualization and efficient insight delivery
  • Responsible for the coaching, developing and training of the market analyst team
  • Ensures bestpractice and information sharing across the region related to PET tools
  • Applies standard delivery tools and supports clients
  • Promotes automation processes and efficiency improvements for client deliverables such as excel tables, PPT slides, databases, etc.
  • Analyses and reports its own client portfolio within the FMCG sector.

  • 23 years of experience as a market analyst or leading role in the FMCG sector.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in the field of economics, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English.
  • You have an analytical brain and you get delighted when finding out what's behind the numbers.
  • Your heart skips a beat when you hear FMCG or Retail topics and you work effortlessly in PowerPoint and Excel.
