**Service Operation Manager**
La risorsa si occuperà principalmente di:
- Supervisionare le attività dei Capi Area e dei tecnici per impianti di proprietà e di terzi;
- Organizzare e pianificare interventi manutentivi;
- Supervisionare l'attività di gestione e implementazione del software gestionale per le attività correnti e per l'analisi e la gestione dei dati statistici di guasti, riparazioni, sostituzioni etc.;
- Supervisionare il processo di erogazione attività fino all'emissione delle fatture attive e controllo delle fatture passive;
- Gestire il personale del team assegnato;
- Gestire il budget relativo ad ogni intervento manutentivo;
- Gestire le necessità di approvvigionamento dei magazzini ricambi;
- Gestire direttamente i clienti, a supporto dei Capi Area;
- Supportare le funzioni commerciali per la predisposizione di offerte di manutenzioni e parti di ricambio;
- Supervisionare la predisposizione della consuntivazione dei lavori;
- Supportare l'Head per le attività di analisi strategiche, offerte contrattuali e rendicontazione;
Sono inoltre richieste:
- Utilizzo pacchetto office e gestionali
- Disponibilità a trasferte
- Conoscenza lingua inglese (business level)
Completano il profilo ottime doti relazionali e comunicative, la capacità di interfacciarsi con i diversi livelli dell'organizzazione, doti di leadership e uno spiccato interesse verso l'evoluzione tecnologica e la transizione energetica.
