Nell'ambito della Direzione Qualità Integrata siamo alla ricerca di un "**Product Quality Assurance**" che si occuperà di:

- Eseguire la definizione, l'inserimento e la gestione a sistema dei piani di controllo per i collaudi in ingresso. Per i collaudi di linea si interfaccia con l'ingegneria di Produzione per proporre e definire punti di controllo per gli ITEMS in produzione in ottica di garanzia della qualità del prodotto nel rispetto dei vincoli di tempi e costi.
- Verificare l'applicazione dei piani di controllo;
- Sorvegliare la qualità dei prodotti aziendali mediante verifica della corretta applicazione di procedure e protocolli di collaudo delle attività di collaudo di ingresso e di linea;
- Monitorare e creare report sull'avanzamento delle attività di collaudo (controllare avvenuta esecuzione collaudi pianificati, avvenuta esecuzione controllo fasi di lavoro, avvenuta emissione e gestione NCR, analisi documenti emessi dopo il collaudo);
- Analizza e verifica la corretta esecuzione del FAIR sia esterno che interno;
- Effettuare analisi statistiche sull'andamento dei collaudi (di ingresso e di linea) e delle NC, al fine di proporre eventuali azioni preventive o correttive e ne promuove la realizzazione;
- Supporto tecnico nelle analisi delle Non Conformità (con presenza ai CORIMA), sulle anomalie legate ai prodotti e ai processi e sulla chiusura delle azioni correttive organizzando riunioni dedicate; Collabora alla Gestione delle concessioni\deroghe;
- Coordina le attività di gestione delle Non Conformità sui prodotti aziendali ed ha autorità nella chiusura delle Non Conformità che non necessitano CORIMA/MRB;
- Può supportare gli AAOO sulla stesura delle NCR;
- Verifica le azioni correttive messe in piedi dal fornitore a fronte di Non Conformità o concessioni\deroghe;
- Può supportare il Responsabile dell'Assicurazione e Controllo Qualità nella gestione delle attività della sorveglianza governativa (GQAR) durante le attività previste;
- Si interfaccia continuamente con il Project Quality Assurance per informarlo sullo stato delle Non Conformità;
- Assistere gli AAOO di collaudo, e i fornitori, nelle disposizioni per il materiale non conforme (inclusa la verifica dell'esecuzione delle azioni correttive presso le AAOO di collaudo e dei fornitori);
- Partecipa e conduce l'esecuzione di audit sia interni che presso fornitori; può collaborare con il Project Quality Assurance alla identificazione delle azioni correttive e preventive sui processi aziendali risultanti dagli audit e collaborando eventualmente alla verifica della loro esecuzione ed efficacia; Controlla il flusso di produzione e assicura il raggiungimento degli standard di qualità dei prodotti in tutte le fasi di lavorazione, fino alla realizzazione del prodotto finito
