**BRAND MANAGER**
La risorsa verrà inserita nell'ufficio Marketing e Comunicazione e risponderà alla Direzione dell'Ufficio stesso.
La risorsa avrà la responsabilità, insieme alla Direzione, di definire e implementare la strategia di comunicazione e di posizionamento del BRAND, di supervisionare l'attuazione della strategia nelle succursali, di analizzare i dati di marketing e identificare le azioni correttive o di rafforzamento del Brand. Cerchiamo una risorsa con esperienza di pianificazione e anche operativa, che sappia gestire direttamente le emergenze ed entrare nell'operatività se necessario, interfacciarsi con fornitori e aree aziendali per supervisionare e organizzare attività e tempi del suo lavoro.
Attività e Responsabilità:
- In accordo con la Direzione Marketing definisce la strategia e il posizionamento del brand;
- Analizza target audience, trend e competitor e individua le strategie di marketing specifiche per il mercato di riferimento;
- Condivide con la Direzione Marketing e con i principali stakeholder interni una visione periodica della performance del marchio e della reazione dei consumatori, con conseguenti proposte per azioni migliorative;
- Implementa il coordinamento strategico ed operativo con il team interno e con le agenzie esterne;
- Supervisiona e coordina le attività grafiche e creative del team composto da risorse interne ed esterne (agenzie e freelance);
- Monitora visual e brand identity all'interno delle succursali, segnalando e correggendo eventuali difformità;
- Programma e gestisce shooting fotografici e video;
- Si interfaccia periodicamente con le succursali per la raccolta di feedback;
- Controllo e coordinamento della brand Identity su tutti i touchpoint.
Esperienze e competenze:
- Esperienza pluriennale maturata nel ruolo di Brand Manager in aziende del settore travel o in agenzie di comunicazione;
- Laurea in marketing, comunicazione o settore affine;
- Capacità di analisi, pianificazione e gestione dei progetti;
- Spiccate attitudini relazionali e doti di leadership;
- Capacità di elaborare presentazioni e report;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; plus: lingua tedesca
- Ottima capacità organizzativa e di lavoro di squadra;
- Proattività, Affidabilità, Capacità di lavorare per obiettivi;
- Capacità di Problem solving e di gestione di situazioni critiche e di stress, propensione all'ascolto e alla mediazione.
