S.I.I.T. Srl ricerca per la sede di Trezzano sul Naviglio figure di Project Manager da inserire nell'area commerciale.
La risorsa avrà il compito di gestire i brief dei clienti – sia italiani che esteri – rispettando le tempistiche concordate in modo efficace per la realizzazione dei progetti definiti, coordinando tutte le funzioni aziendali coinvolte nel loro sviluppo.
Le principali mansioni sono:
Sviluppare i brief per i Clienti di propria competenza seguendo internamente lo sviluppo del progetto;
Elaborare offerte commerciali di concerto col team commerciale;
Supportare il Cliente, mantenendo un contatto costante fino all'evasione dell'ordine definendo tempistiche e flussi;
Formazione universitaria: Laurea Magistrale di tipo tecnico scientifico (CTF, Farmacia, Biologia, Tecnologie alimentari)
Esperienza indicativa di 1-2 anni come Project Manager in ambito industriale maturata in un settore regolamentato (nutraceutico/farmaceutico)
Ottime capacità organizzative, di programmazione e di problem solving
Conoscenza degli strumenti informatici per la gestione dei progetti (Excel e MS Project)
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta: dovrà interfacciarsi quotidianamente con clienti esteri
Abitudine a definire le priorità e di garantire il rispetto delle scadenze coordinando il team di progetto
Disponibilità a brevi trasferte Nazionali ed Internazionali
Flessibilità e senso di responsabilità
Capacità di effettuare analisi di fattibilità tecnico/economica delle richieste dei clienti
Completano il profilo capacità relazionali e comunicative, spiccate doti di leadership, propensione al problem solving e alla gestione delle priorità, flessibilità e proattività.
È gradita pregressa esperienza nel settore nutraceutico.
